Heartwell Fitness offers fully integrated physical education and exercise prescription for all. The principals of Heartwell Fitness, Scott & Julienne, offer much exercise prescription, motor skill development and physical education experience in a wide range of settings.

Since 1991 our programs have positively impacted on hundreds of individuals and groups requiring our physical education, exercise prescription and rehabilitation service. In this time our programs have assisted people with diverse needs and goals including:
